Scholarships and Concessions
The Academic Scholarship recognises students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement and potential, with successful recipients receiving a reduction in tuition fees and levies.
Who can apply: Current TAS students and students from other schools for entry into Year 7 or a later year level. The scholarship may be held for the duration of a student’s schooling at TAS, subject to ongoing eligibility and periodic review.
Selection: Selection is based on an academic exam, supporting documentation and an interview. Scholarships are awarded at the discretion of Trinity Anglican School and are subject to periodic review.
Applications: Applications for 2028 scholarships are now open and close on 31 January 2027. A $150 fee applies per student to cover the cost of the third-party academic exam.

The Music Excellence Scholarship recognises students who demonstrate a genuine passion for music, a high level of instrumental ability and a commitment to developing their musical skills.
Who can apply: Current TAS students and students from other schools for entry into Year 7 or a later year level. Applicants must have achieved at least Grade 3 AMEB performance level or equivalent. Students currently learning French horn, oboe, bassoon, viola or double bass are especially encouraged to apply.
Selection: Selection is based on an academic exam, supporting documentation, a music audition and an interview. Scholarships are awarded at the discretion of Trinity Anglican School and are subject to periodic review.

We recognise that the cost of a private education is an important consideration for many families. The Principal’s Opportunity Scholarship provides an opportunity for students to access a TAS education where financial circumstances may otherwise be a barrier.
Eligibility: Applicants must be in Year 6-10 at the time of application. Applicants must not be currently enrolled at Trinity Anglican School.
Selection: Selection considers academic testing, supporting documentation and an interview. Scholarships are awarded at the discretion of Trinity Anglican School and may be held for the duration of a student’s schooling at TAS, subject to ongoing eligibility and periodic review.
Application fee: No application fee applies. Applications are considered throughout the year.

The Senior Academic Excellence Scholarship is awarded to high-achieving students who demonstrate strong academic potential as they enter the senior years of schooling.
Eligibility: Applicants must be in Year 9, 10 or 11 at the time of application. Applicants must not be currently enrolled at Trinity Anglican School.
