Academic scholarship applications are available to students in Year 6 to Year 11 for entry into Year 7 through to Year 12.

Music scholarship applications are available to students in Year 6 for entry into Year 7.

Principal’s Opportunity Scholarships are available to non TAS students who are currently in Senior School (Year 7 to Year 12) and can be applied for throughout the year.

Scholarships can provide tuition fee relief or remission, and are awarded at the discretion of the Principal.

Academic Scholarships

These are awarded for exceptional academic achievement and are based upon the results of an independent examination conducted by ACER (Australian Council for Educational Research), recent academic history and an interview with parents and applicant.

ACER Exam Registrations are now open.

Registrations Close:  Monday 4 February 2019

Exam Date:  Saturday 23 February 2019

Click here to go to the ACER Scholarship Website.

Music Scholarships

Music Scholarships are awarded on level of music ability, breadth of instrumentation, involvement in ensembles, and strong academic performance. They are offered for entry into Year 7.  Potential candidates need to provide a statement outlining the above criteria.   Shortlisted candidates will then be auditioned. Please contact the Director of Community and Marketing for further information. Note: applications close on 31 May 2019 for 2020 scholarships.

Students not currently attending TAS and who apply for a TAS Scholarship are required to complete the TAS Enrolment process prior to assessment. The associated Enrolment and Confirmation Fees will be payable on acceptance of a TAS scholarship offer.

Both current and non-current students who are offered a TAS scholarship are subject to the terms and conditions of the TAS Enrolment Application.

For more information regarding TAS Scholarships, school tours and general enrolment information, please phone 4036 8111 or email admissions@tas.qld.edu.au.

Principal’s Opportunities Scholarships

The recipient(s) of a Trinity Anglican School Principal’s Opportunity Scholarship will be a male or female secondary student, who financially would not otherwise be able to attend Trinity Anglican School. Applicants will be selected based on academic achievement and attitude, school or community involvement, and high-level performances in an area of their choosing. All applications are in confidence and successful applicants are not identified. Current TAS students are not eligible to apply.

To be considered for a TAS Principal’s Opportunity Scholarship, contact the Principal’s Secretary, Joy Dinsey (07 4036 8111) to obtain the relevant application and financial assistance forms.  On completion, applications will be reviewed by the Principal.  Suitable candidates will be required to complete the enrolment process – enrolment fees are waived in this instance – and will be invited for an interview with the Principal.  Determination of an offer, and level of scholarship, are at Board and Principal’s discretion.

For more information regarding obligation-free school tours and enrolments, please phone 07 4036 8111 or email admissions@tas.qld.edu.au.
