Junior School

In the Junior School, the student is the centre of all we do. We focus on each individual, with our goal being the development of the whole child – emotionally, socially, intellectually and spiritually.

The Junior School offers pastoral care, exceptional teachers, engagement with our community, co-curricular activities and a disciplined, nurturing learning environment. In every aspect, we strive to develop in each student the pursuit of academic excellence, self-confidence and leadership.

Our Junior School is dedicated to providing a rigorous learning environment founded on global research that engages all learners. We continue to seek out innovative ways to further support the thinking skills, creativity and digital literacy of our students and staff. We provide them with the means and motivation to excel, to be adaptable and to develop strong problem solving skills.

Learning is personalised, with extensive assessment used to ascertain where students are at and what is needed to move their learning forward. Opportunities for extension and support are provided.

Specialised teachers work with students in the areas of Music, Art, Physical Education, Languages and Swimming.
