School Chaplaincy

Patrick Williams was appointed Chaplain of White Rock campus in 2019.  As Chaplain, he is the leader of the spiritual life of TAS, working across the campus from Preparatory to Year 12.

As a member of the Pastoral Care team, Patrick also provides support to students, staff and parents as required. While Chapel services, House services and other special services at Easter, Christmas, on ANZAC Day and for Trinity Day are a part of the school’s formal structure, counselling provided by the Chaplain is sought at the discretion of the individual or family concerned.

The Chaplain works closely with the Principal, the Heads of Junior School and Heads of House to support all children. Individual parents and the Parents and Friends Association may call on the Chaplain’s services, should they become aware of families in need or in distress.

Reverend Elisabeth Daniels continues to serve as  the priest in charge of St Peter’s Anglican Church, Kewarra Beach and conducts school chapel services at Kewarra Beach campus.

We value the role that the local Anglican Church community plays in teh life of T AS, and are grateful for the constant support and regular contributions to our spiritual life from clergy from All Saints, Gordonvale (White Rock Senior campus), The Good Shepherd, Edge Hill (White Rock Junior campus), and St Peter’s, Kewarra Beach (Kewarra Beach Junior campus).  Full details of local Anglican Churches can be found on the Diocesan website
